Shatnez Testing
Just as organizations that certify food as kosher (i.e. KVH Kosher, Orthodox Union, Star-k, etc.) ascertain that the food product meets all the standards of Jewish dietary laws, so too certified Shatnez laboratories test garments to ascertain that there is no mixture of wool and linen.
The Boston Shatnez Lab doesn't require appointments for testing. Simply drop off on our enclosed porch anytime and mark clothing with name and number to text when complete. If you have specific time you need items completed please contact Rabbi Solomon before dropping off. If you live in a city that doesn't have a
Shatnez laboratory or if you are shopping online, you can ship us your clothing for testing.
